We are committed to accommodating any additional needs of the selected speakers. If you have any accessibility or dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible. This may include, but is not limited to, accessible conference literature (e.g., large print or Braille), an interpreter, or childcare arrangements. This information will also be re-confirmed during the registration process.

Travel/Accommodation costs

We are providing some (limited) funding to cover the costs of travel and accommodation for attendees of this event. Preference will be given to speakers and those with specific accessibility needs.

Digital conferencing

We will also be incorporating certain features of digital conferencing in our event. At this stage, we’d like to particularly mention access to speaker materials (e.g., slides/handouts) online prior to the event, and the recording/livestreaming of talks.

Guidelines

We are committed to inclusivity in this event and all processes for review associated with it. As such, we will be operating in line with the BPA/SWIP Chairing Guidelines and MAP UK Inclusive Events Guidelines throughout this event. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know.

We look forward to receiving your submissions!

Kind regards,
